How to order

  • All products are sold in quantities of six so please enter a 6, 12 ,18, 24... etc. of each item
  • The minimum order value is £100
  • Simply click on the product you'd like to order enter the quantity you require
  • There is a drop down category menu to help you browse each collection and occasion
  • Once you are happy with you order please visit the checkout and click 'confirm order'
  • Your order will then be emailed to you automatically. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm item availability and an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over £150 (UK only)
  • A shipping fee of £7.95 will be added to all orders under £150.
  • A shipping fee will be added to all international orders. This will be calculated based on size and weight and added manually to your invoice after your order is complete.

Lead Times

  • Unless a specific date is requested, orders will be dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Please allow a little longer around trade shows as well as the lead up to Christmas.
  • All orders usually take 1-2 working days to arrive after dispatch
  • You will receive a tracking number and will be kept up to date with the status of your order

Invoicing

  • New customers are required to pay a pro forma for their first order.
  • 30 day credit terms are offered thereafter
  • All goods remain property of Emily Nash Illustration until paid for in full

Returns & Credit Notes

  • We hope that everything arrives with you safely but please do let us know within five days of your delivery if you are unhappy with anything you've received.
  • A credit note will be raised for any missing or damaged items.
  • I do not operate a sale or return policy.

Our products & Materials

  • All of our products are designed by Emily Nash from her studio in Bristol, and printed here in the UK
  • All of our greeting cards are A6 in size, apart from the split pin puppet cards which are A5
  • We only ever use recycled or FSC certified stock
  • In a bid to cut down on single use plastic, our single greeting cards are completely naked, without cello sleeves or card clasp stickers.
  • All of our envelopes are made from 100% recycled material and our multipack boxes and labels are plastic free and made using recycled sources
  • Our art prints and split pin puppet cards (which contain small parts) are packaged in biodegradable cellophane sleeves
  • We only ever use sustainably made and plastic free outer packaging.
